In July 2012 I asked a number of my recent clients to write me a short testimonial/reference regarding my work fitting the SureFlap cat flap in their homes. This was to enable me to be advertised on SureFlap's website as a recommended fitter.

I wanted to say I was so incredibly appreciative of you fitting the door, thus allowing my little girl access to the balcony when I am at work. You were courteous, professional, flexible and of course affordable. You fitted the door with no complaints even though I think it was a little tricky. You of course did not show this. Hello, I've just seen your website and think the work you do looks great! We are hoping to install a cat flap in an upstairs double glazed window. I realise we're completely out of your area (we're in Leamington Spa) but I was wondering whether you could give us any advice as to the best way to fit a step to a uPVC window ledge with a sloping roof below it. The cats can jump from the roof in through the open window, but wouldn't be able to jump from the roof to a cat flap in the window. I've never seen anyone else as creative as you regarding steps / ramps. Any advice would be amazing. Thank you.

We are very pleased with the results and Mia has found her way in and out very quickly! She is now completely independent and our house safer and warmer. Thanks so much for getting back to me so quickly and being able to come round on the same day. Bella and Leo have already both mastered coming and going through the cat flap - it will give them so much more freedom, whilst providing safety as I can lock them in at night. I love the feature of being able to let them into the house without them heading out again - ideal for the evenings and poor weather! I'm really pleased with it: great service, quality and price. Really pleased with how good the cat flap fitting went. My cat flap was fitted through my living room wall. I was really impressed that Phil did not damage any of the surrounding paintwork / paper - a really neat job and the cat flap looks much nicer than expected . Phil is really reliable and does work to a high standard - did my mum's a few weeks ago which she is also really pleased with.

Phil installed a microchip flap into our back door. He came spot on time as agreed and it took him around one hour to do the job. He left the place clean and tidy. Before leaving Phil explained how the flap worked and we registered Sonia's chip so she could use it straight away.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the excellent services that I received from Phil Foulger when fitting my new sureflap cat flap and new panel of glass into my PVC door.
